An opportunitiy for  school leavers with World Vision in 2022. Here is a message from World Vision:

Right now, we’re recruiting for four World Vision Youth Ambassadors!

We believe in the power of young people influencing their peers to tackle issues of poverty and injustice. So, we’re offering four paid internships for school leavers who want to share their passion for justice across Aotearoa through the World Vision 40 Hour Famine. Over six months, they’ll use their voice to make a difference and gain professional development.

We’re also recruiting for twenty Advocacy Ambassadors!

Young people are always at the forefront of social change, and World Vision is doing all we can to support that!

In the last two years, our Advocacy Ambassadors have helped remove a discriminatory refugee policy from New Zealand, which was a massive win for our team. They worked on a petition urging the government to pass a Modern Slavery Act and helped get more than 37,000 signatures!

In 2022, our Advocacy Ambassadors will move this kaupapa forward. They’ll campaign for legislative and cultural change in Aotearoa to end modern slavery.
